OUR FOUNDERS
Our founder, Arman Gharib, is a former Microsoft Software Development Engineer who has many years of large-scale application development experience and also has extensive experience in information technology. He worked for Microsoft for many years in the database division and the developer division. He worked on best-selling Microsoft products such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Developer Studio and Microsoft Visual Basic. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Most recently, he designed and developed a web-based eLearning platform for use by clients who want to provide lectures or classes online using video-on-demand.

Our co-founder, Natalie Gharib, was a member of the original development team for the msnbc.com website and collaborated with graphic designers, editors, web developers, testers, etc. to help create a complex, up-to-date globally-recognized news website. She also worked at Microsoft as a copyeditor for the Visual Basic group and now offers our clients a great deal of experience with editorial issues and content organization.

Our website developers are fluent in: C#, ASP.NET, Silverlight, Windows Azure, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, Database(MS SQL, MYSQL), JavaScript, and PHP. They work with the latest development tools, such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Expression Blend, Microsoft Expression Design, Microsoft Expression Encoder, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, Sony Vegas Movie Studio, etc.
